Climate change is a 'here' and 'now' issue and everyone has a part to play in helping out. Through the cool Stoke project we helped to build up a community of people who will spread the word about climate change and get involved in tackling it. And you can keep doing this by working together and making sure that your voices are heard at all levels including your local community, your local council, your workplace and central government. Together we can make change happen.
